1. Description of the Service

Tweak Code AI is an AI-assisted tool that helps users write and edit text, CVs, cover letters, presentation content, descriptions, and translations, and offers general-purpose assistance.

The Service is under active development — features, limits, and available modes may change over time without prior notice.

2. Account and eligibility

Using the Service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (including your password) confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must meet the minimum age required to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If we determine that account information is false or that an account is being used in violation of these terms, MyFace Technologies may suspend or delete the account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate unlawful, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content; impersonate others, commit fraud, or generate deliberately misleading content; or attempt to overload the infrastructure, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access for any account that violates these terms.

4. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies, outdated, or incomplete information. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice — consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any content the Service generates (e.g. a CV, cover letter, or presentation).

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, files, and material you upload or enter into the Service. To the extent necessary to operate the Service (e.g. sharing it with the AI provider to generate a response, storing it in your chat history), you grant us the necessary, non-exclusive right to process that content.

Do not upload material you don't have the right to share, or that includes unauthorized personal data about others.

6. Fees

The Service is currently available under fair-use technical limits (e.g. a cap on the number of messages within a time window). Paid plans with additional functionality may be introduced in the future; users will be notified in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyFace Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Service interruptions, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Termination

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We also reserve the right to suspend or delete an account that violates these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
