1. What data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and a hashed (encrypted) password.

Usage data: chat messages, uploaded files/documents, your selected mode and interface language, and any facts the Service remembers about you to personalize responses.

Technical data: your IP address (used only to prevent abuse and rate-limit login attempts) and the cookies necessary for authentication.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service: authenticating your account, storing and displaying your chat history, generating AI responses, and detecting and preventing abuse (spam, brute-force attempts).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your chat content for advertising purposes.

3. Sharing data with third parties

To generate AI responses, your messages (and, where relevant, the content of uploaded files) are sent to our AI provider for processing, under industry-standard security practices.

To send password-reset links, we use a transactional email provider, to which we send only your email address and the reset link — your chat content is never sent to it.

We do not share your personal data with any other third party except where required by law.

4. Administration and access

Service administrators (a limited, authorized set of people) can access basic account information (name, email, registration date, account status) to manage accounts, provide support, and combat abuse — for example, blocking an account or resetting a password at your request.

Access to chat content is restricted and only occurs when necessary for technical support, investigating abuse, or complying with legal requirements.

5. Data retention and security

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your chats, messages, uploaded files, and remembered facts are deleted.

Passwords are stored only in hashed (bcrypt) form — we never store your password as plain text. Session tokens are also stored hashed.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

6. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies to maintain your session (authentication) and to remember your preferences (interface language, visual theme). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You may contact us to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. You can request account deletion by emailing us at our contact address.

You can also change your interface language or password directly within the Service at any time.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals who do not meet the minimum age required under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
